
men to be true leaders; men of the Word, led by the Spirit to realise the full potential of the real man – spirit, soul and body.
The
theme of the fellowship is the real man, a mighty man of valour.
Real men are men of the Word
A real man is a man of peace and wisdom, who allows God to build his house
and who in turn builds God’s house – grow up into the fullness
of Christ by witnessing actively, supporting and participating in kingdom
work.
The
last admonition David gave to his son and successor to his throne Solomon
depicts what a man should be.
1 Kings 2:2-3
2 I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself
a man;
3 And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his
statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as
it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou
doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:
