§        your address; postal and residential; should include country of residence and proof of residency e.g. extract from your local government

§         names of two referees (one of which must be the Pastor of your local assembly)

§        your CV, & copies of your credentials, 1 passport picture

§         a brief explanation on your motivation to work in the Ministry

§         a letter of introduction; your letter should include the following details:

-a brief introduction of yourself,

-your testimony as a Christian and the name of your denomination or local assembly
